        On September 21, 2017, vice minister of industry and information technology xin guobin presided over the first meeting of the working group on agricultural machinery and equipment development. Members of the working group including the ministry of agriculture, the ministry of education, the ministry of science and technology, the ministry of human resources and social security, the general administration of customs, the state administration of taxation and the general administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine attended the meeting.

 

 

        The meeting studied the spirit of important instructions and instructions on the development of agricultural machinery and equipment issued by the leading comrades of the CPC central committee and the state council, and listened to the report of the secretariat of the working group on the establishment of a working system for promoting the development of agricultural machinery and equipment and the key tasks for promoting the development of agricultural machinery and equipment in 2017-2018. From the domestic perspective, the basic factors supporting the development of agricultural machinery and equipment in China have not changed, opportunities are greater than challenges, agricultural machinery and equipment development demand potential is huge, "full coverage" development demand is highlighted, the demand for automation, intelligent rapid growth, service operation mode innovation.
